Assessment

Depending on the plan and program we decide and agree upon we will go over it in much more detail. First and foremost we will go over some basic movement patterns together (upper body push, upper body pull, lower body push, lower body pull) and after that we will also go over all and any movements You might find troublesome or not-so-secure about so we can perfect Your technique from the get-go and make sure You get the absolute most out of all the exercises we do and reduce the injury risk to an absolute minimum.
