Arms, legs or anything else

New addition to our programs is a specialized variant which lets you adequately hit your most stubborn body parts that does not seem to grow no matter what you do. We will be doing 2-3 mesocycles but once we are finished you can basically, with small tweaks every now and then, repeat it indefinitely.

Pullups and pushups

A three month program with sole focus of upping your pullup and/or pushup number. If necessary we can also upgrade your dead hang time as a pre-cursor for grip strength and easier time pulling yourself above the bar. The biggest advantage of this program is that you can take advantage of it while doing your regular training and you can pick one out of five different approaches which will lead you to your goal, depending on your time, effort and priorities.

Online consultations

Even before or without becoming our member you can choose to book an online consultation with our specialist who can evaluate your current training and/or nutrition plan and of course make you a new one if you are in need of an online coach.

Everything you will have at your disposal as our member, be it through personal workouts or use of our gym space.
