Newest member of SpartanFit’s ‘Club 100,’ and the person who reached this achievement in the shortest amount of time is our Adriano Albaneze.
Our journey began on May 11th 2021 when Adi completed one training cycle with me (until September 4th) while staying at home in Selce between international jobs. After that, as the desire for progress and self-improvement persisted, we collectively unlocked Jeff Cavaliere’s programs (Athlean-X), which Adi gradually mastered with home workouts since gyms, including his CrossFit one in Germany, were closed due to the pandemic.
Our story took a more grateful turn on December 13th when Adi returned from Germany and started working from home for the same company. From that date forwards, Adi has been averaging three workouts per week, at times even four, and during the summer months, whenever I was at work, he followed my instructions and completed the workouts on his own.
Willpower, desire, and such level of dedication will first make training a habit and a part of your daily life, and then later a part of your identity. Of course, there will be days when we don’t want to get out of bed, let alone train, but more often than not, the worst workout will always be the one we skipped. To a personal trainer, it is incredibly easy and gratifying to work with people that get that.
To my friend, neighbor, Batman to my Superman, in the words of an unnamed singer, welcome to the club.
