SpartanFit ‘Club 100’ team recently welcomed two new members, and first up is the diligent and persistent Đurđa Luksetić 🙂
Given that Đurđa has spent most of her adult life in some form of training with a pronounced need for movement and activity, and that the word ‘quit’ is not in her vocabulary, I wasn’t too surprised when she found her way to us almost two years ago. Our anniversary is just around the corner on February 11th.
Despite a few forced breaks, and two regular summer ones, we’ve gone through two of my programs in these hundred workouts. Recently, we shifted our focus to bodybuilding style weight training, which she not only doesn’t shy away from but actually enjoys.
Đurđa’s motivation is not lacking, and our goals and plans are clear to both of us. I know that only a tiny amount of things can happen to discourage her from pushing her own limits and ‘chasing’ progress week after week and month after month. She is a woman I can clearly envision being fit at 60, which I think says enough by itself.
